5000 Liters Plough Shear Mixer For Organoclay
We are pleased to share the details of the Plough Shear Mixer designed for a leading chemical manufacturer of Organoclay in Saudi Arabia.
This mixer has been developed for the specific application of mixing Bentonite with Liquid Amine, a process that requires power, durability, and precision.
With a working capacity of 5000 liters, it is built for large-scale production where consistency and reliability are critical.
The mixer is fitted with paddle-type mixing elements manufactured from wear-resistant steel, ensuring a long service life even under abrasive working conditions. These paddles are designed in a way that allows them to be replaced easily when required, minimizing downtime and keeping production on schedule.
The drive system is powered by a 150 HP motor, while the jacketed body maintains a uniform operating temperature supporting controlled processing throughout the batch.
