We are glad to inform the installation of yet another triple shaft mixer at a top MNC in the adhesives and sealants segment.
The Triple Shaft Mixer (Model TSM-250) is designed for precision mixing of high-viscosity materials.
This mixer features a 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝟒𝟕𝟓 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 with a 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟓𝟎 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, making it ideal for batch processing.
𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦:
As the name suggests, the Triple Shaft Mixer is equipped with three mixing elements.
• Anchor Agitator (Three-Arm Blade)
• High-Speed Disperser
• Propeller Blade
• Each agitator is mounted on an individual shaft and driven by an independent motor with VFD control.
𝐌𝐢𝐱𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Construction: Material of Construction for Contact Parts- Stainless Steel 316 Grade
- And for Non-Contact Parts- Carbon Steel
- Jacketed mixing bowl includes insulation with stainless steel cladding, a spare bowl, and pneumatic lifting arrangements for convenience and safety.
𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞:
- Equipped with a 200 NB charging nozzle featuring a manually operated valve.
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦:
• The mixer is supplied with a VFD-operated electrical panel allowing independent variable speed control for all three shafts, providing maximum process flexibility.
