Over the past few days, I have been encouraged by the positive responses and thoughtful feedback on my recent post about the 10X Growth lecture by Gyan Vatsal Swami.<\/p>\n

Many conversations followed \u2014 some public, many personal. It reaffirmed something I have believed for a long time: learning, when shared sincerely, creates collective momentum and even more learning.<\/p>\n

That reflection has led to the beginning of this series \u2014 the Unique Mixers Transformation Series: Learning from the Best. Building for the Future.<\/p>\n

This will be my honest and sincere attempt to distil what I have learned from life, people, reading and experiences \u2014 across manufacturing, organisational values and culture, leadership, family business evolution, and partnerships. Learning from failures, corrections, and the ongoing efforts toward business growth.<\/p>\n

The credit for whatever clarity I may have gained belongs to the many mentors, industry leaders, customers, partners, colleagues, family, and friends who have shaped and influenced this journey \u2014 often through a single sentence, a challenging question, or an example set quietly through action.<\/p>\n

As we prepare Unique Mixers for its 3rd generation in business<\/a>, I firmly believe transformation does not begin with numbers. It begins with mindset.<\/p>\n

If these reflections are useful to even a few fellow entrepreneurs, business leaders, or next-generation family business custodians, the effort will be worthwhile.<\/p>\n

Grateful for the encouragement.<\/p>\n
