Big Bag Discharge Station

The big bag discharge station consists of a vertical frame, a hoist, a bag support table along with vibrators of bad massagers to facilitate flow of difficult to discharge materials from the bag. The big bag is suspended from a frame that is attached to the hoist, and moved to the big bag discharge station, and rested on to the support table. The big bag discharge sleeve is position over the discharge pipe and fastened by manual or pneumatic lowering of the clamping disc. To tauten the broad bag discharge sleeve, the draw string is opened and the connecting system is pneumatically lowered. The material gradually discharges into the downstream equipment. Combined bag discharge stations that can be used for big bags, and also as small bag dump stations are available.
